Local Business Owner Purchases More than 50 Acres in Angleton, Texas for New RV Park and Commercial Development

Houston, Texas (December 17, 2024) – Land Advisors Organization’s Houston office recently completed the sale of 50.49 acres in Angleton, Texas to local business owner Angleton Realty. The buyer plans to develop the vacant parcel into a rental RV park and commercial development. Angleton, Texas, which is located approximately 45 minutes south of Houston, is a growing area known for its outdoor activities. The parcel provides easy access to Hwy 288.

The seller, Rancho Isabella LLC, was represented by Land Advisors Organization’s Kirk Laguarta, Duane Heckmann and Nate Jackson. The buyer, Angleton Realty, was represented by Darbe Gosda with CBRE.

“The proximity of this land parcel is ideal for what the buyer plans because of its location along Highway 288,” said Heckman. “As Houston’s submarkets continue to grow, areas like Angleton provide a lot of potential for future development and are seen as ideal areas for weekend getaways by outdoor enthusiasts. The buyer expects construction on the new RV park and commercial development to begin in the coming months.
