Luxury Home Builder Toll Brothers Enters Utah with Purchase of ±110 Acres

Scottsdale, Arizona (November 20, 2017) – Toll Brothers master-planned communities, golf courses, active living communities, and city living properties are now in 52 markets and 21 states with their recent and first transaction in Utah. Land Advisors Organization’s Utah operations Managing Director, Zach Hartman represented the Buyer, Toll Southwest LLC, in the notable transaction.

The sale parcel is ±110-acres/204 lots in the Hidden Canyon area of Traverse Mountain in Lehi, Utah. The area is better known as Silicon Slopes which refers to a stretch of cities along the Rocky Mountains, from Ogden in the north to Provo in the south and Salt Lake City in between. Silicon Slopes has emerged as a hotbed of tech entrepreneurship, start-ups and software companies worth at least $1 billion on paper. “The purchased acreage is located in the heart of Silicon Slopes and we’re honored to represent Toll Brothers’ entry into Utah,” stated Hartman.
