Three New Communities Coming to French Valley
Pulte Homes has acquired approximately 98 acres of a future 303 lot master planned community known as Eagle Crest located in French Valley, California.
Located in southern Riverside County, the family-friendly community of Eagle Crest consists of 303 residential homesites split into three neighborhoods; Ambrosia at Eagle Crest, Verbena at Eagle Crest, and Poppy at Eagle Crest. The minimum lot size for each community is 7,200 square feet. The community will feature an intimate neighborhood setting with spectacular mountain views, as well as a 6.3-acre public park, according to Land Advisors Organization, which represented the seller, Mission Pacific Land Company.
“As Temecula and Murrieta have become largely built out, French Valley has become a highly desirable location for new housing in the southwest Riverside region”, says Land Advisors Organization’s Jeffrey Spindler. He adds, “Eagle Crest will offer an array of affordably priced housing options within the prestigious Temecula Valley Unified School District.”
Future residents of Eagle Crest will have access to quality schools and are within a 10-minute drive to the nearby communities of Murrieta and Temecula, where they can enjoy shopping, dining, entertainment and outdoor recreation at nearby Temecula Valley Wine Country and Lake Skinner.
When asked about the closing of Eagle Crest, a representative at Pulte Homes states “We are pleased to announce the all new Eagle Crest community, showcasing three series of one- and two-story, single-family homes ranging from 1,700 to 4,000 sq. ft., with starting prices from the $400,000s. The Model Grand Opening and initial sales release will take place later this year.”
