Orlando Land Acquisition Expertise Expands with New Hire, Debra Dremann Ushkowitz

Scottsdale, AZ (August 15, 2017) – Land Advisors Organization today announced that Debra Dremann Ushkowitz has joined the firm in the Winter Park, Florida office with a key focus on the Orlando, Central Florida and East Coast markets.

Debra is a 25-year land development veteran, specializing in large scale, mixed-use community development. From raw land to community build out, she has successfully led the strategic land acquisition, master planning, development and disposition of eleven mixed-use communities in Florida and Colorado entitled with over 34,000 residential units and 8 million square feet of commercial uses.

Prior to joining Land Advisors Organization, Debra held senior leadership positions with some of the most successful master planned community developers in the United States and Florida, including Newland Real Estate Group, Terrabrook, Oakwood Homes and Kitson & Partners; and launched one of the most successful military redevelopments in the country – the former Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado.
