±38.81 Acres Sold by Estrella Van Buren Properties Inc. to Richmond American Homes of Arizona for $3.5M

Land Advisors Organization’s Scottsdale team of Greg Vogel, Ryan Semro, Ben Heglie, Bret Rinehart, and Waseem Hamadeh represented the seller, Estrella Van Buren Properties Inc, in the transaction of ±38.81 acres to Richmond American Homes of Arizona, Inc. for $3.5 million on December 20th, 2019.

The land is located in Goodyear, AZ with close proximity to the 10 and 303 freeways, as well as Canyon Trails Towne Center and Cooper Trails Elementary School.
