Sale of 19.5 Acres in Grayson County Paves the Way for a Multifamily Project at Hickory Hill, a Mixed-Use Master Planned Community in Sherman, Texas

Dallas, Texas (October 18, 2022) – The Land Advisors Organization Dallas-Fort Worth office represented the seller in the disposition of 19.5 acres in Grayson County, a site that will be developed into a new multifamily project in the Hickory Hill mixed-use master-planned community.

Josh Watson with Land Advisors Organization represented Linesight Development. The buyer was a highly reputable Texas-based multifamily developer.

Hickory Hill is a mixed-use master planned community on the west side of Sherman, Texas. The development is minutes from Texas Instruments and GlobiTech, which have both made multi-billion-dollar investments in Sherman and are bringing thousands of new high-tech jobs to the area.
