David Landes

As a leading real estate expert in San Diego County and Coachella Valley, Dave is actively involved in all aspects of land development, land acquisition as well as production homebuilding. He provides unparalleled market knowledge and a strong background in both development and construction.

Prior to joining Land Advisors in 2010, Dave worked with O’Donnell/Atkins, running the firm’s San Diego office. During his tenure, he focused on identifying “value-added” opportunities and was directly involved in over 60 transactions valued in excess of $600 million.

Dave has been involved in various aspects of real estate, homebuilding and development. He previously directed the acquisition of retail and multi-family income properties while working for a private investment group in Orange County. Additionally, he was heavily involved in developing and building several multi-family projects in Southern Los Angeles County while working for a small real estate development company in Huntington Beach.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. While at UC Irvine, he worked with several general contractors on high-end custom homes throughout Southern California. Dave is a licensed California real estate professional.
