Doug Towler

Doug has over 25 years of professional experience in real estate and business development matters. With broad business experiences, he has developed expertise in commercial and real estate financial transactions, land acquisition and development, asset management, and building strategic partnerships.

Since the inception of Vision Capital Partners, LLC (“VCP”) in 2004, Doug focused on building the firm through sourcing and underwriting senior debt and equity real estate transactions, acquiring land, and developing/managing real estate assets. He completed in excess of $400M of asset-back senior debt placements and $100M of real estate acquisitions.

Doug completed debt or equity placement, entitlements, financial analysis, and disposition for Phoenix based projects such as;

1. Zanjero-a 154-acre mixed-use development.
2. Canyon Cross Roads-a 74-acre high density residential development.
3. CBD 101-a 76-acre land acquisition and disposition.
4. Urban 95-a 45-acre mixed-use development.
5. Santana Canyon-a 13-acre multifamily development.

Prior to working with VCP, Doug held senior positions with firms in the Internet technology and services, information technology, and commercial real estate advisory industries.

He has a Master’s of Science in Microbiology and Immunology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Microbiology from Idaho State University.
