Peralta Canyon LLC Sells 110 Lots to Gehan Homes of Arizona, LLC

Scottsdale, AZ (December 16, 2019) – Land Advisors Organization Scottsdale team of Greg Vogel, Ryan Semro, Bret Rinehart and Ben Heglie represented the Seller, Peralta Canyon, LLC in the transaction of 110 platted and engineered lots to Gehan Homes of Arizona, for $2.92MM on December 10, 2019.

The transaction comprised two different lot sizes including 75 – 55’x125’ and 35 – 65’x135’ lots. The 110 P&E lots are located in Gold Canyon, Arizona within the second phase of the Peralta Canyon Master Planned Community. The acquisition complements the existing sales in Phase I of Peralta Canyon that was acquired in 2017.  Gehan will be joined by Lennar Homes in the second phase of Peralta Canyon.
