Peralta Canyon LLC Sells 186 P&E Lots to Lennar Arizona, Inc. for $6.7 MM

Scottsdale, AZ (December 16, 2019) – Land Advisors Organization Scottsdale team of Greg Vogel, Ryan Semro, Bret Rinehart and Ben Heglie represented the Seller, Peralta Canyon, LLC in the transaction of 186 platted and engineered lots to Lennar Arizona, Inc., for $6.7 MM on December 10, 2019.

The transaction comprised three different lot sizes including 90 – 45’x125’s, 71 – 50’x125’s and 25 larger custom lots. The 186 P&E lots are located in Gold Canyon, Arizona within the second phase of the Peralta Canyon Master Planned Community. The acquisition complements the existing sales in Phase I of Peralta Canyon that Lennar acquired in 2017. Lennar will be joined by Gehan Homes in the second phase of Peralta Canyon.
